APRIL OFFER - reduced from £450 to £375pw for w/c 13,20,27th April 2012

Prices are per week for holidays starting on the dates shown.

Start days are always Fridays except for short breaks where it may differ.

Short breaks are available between October & April by arrangement. Tariff will vary.

Please note if you do decide to make a reservation online that your credit card details are required only to secure the booking, no money will be taken & you will be contacted to discuss the payment options.

Terms & Conditions

RESERVATIONS - After accepting your reservation the booking form, that will be e-mailed to you, should be returned within seven working days together with a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental payable. The balance is payable no later than eight weeks before the start date of your holiday. If this is eight weeks or less from the reservation date then the full amount is payable.

CANCELLATION - If for any reason you are unable to take your holiday & there is more than eight weeks before the starting date then we will refund your deposit, less a £25 administration charge, & any other monies paid. If it is within eight weeks of your start date, the deposit is non refundable but can be transferred to a new booking & the balance paid will only be refunded if we are able to re-let the week[s] booked. Therefore holiday insurance is advisable.

SMOKING - Please note that our cottages are available to non smokers only.

ELECTRICITY ETC - Electricity in both cottages & gas in Tremerth are included in the rental, as is central heating at specified times between the months of October to April inclusive. Extra hours are available by arrangement. We provide the first basket of logs for the woodburners all year round, additional wood is available from us at cost price.

PETS - One well behaved dog, or possibly two small dogs, are welcome in the cottages by arrangement, please check with us first. The dog must be under your control & on the lead at all times whilst on the farm & never left on it's own in the cottage. Due to the extra cleaning time involved following a rental where a dog has been present we ask for £15 per booking to cover the additional cost. This is payable on arrival.

LINEN & TOWELS - We provide all bed linen, a hand towel & bath towel per person. Please note you will need to bring your own beach towels & bedding for the cot if one has been requested.

ARRIVAL - Arrival for TREMERTH is after 3pm on Fridays & for TREVEAN is after 3pm on Saturdays. Departure time is by 10am on the final day of your holiday.

GUESTS - The maximum number of guests in TREMERTH is two plus a baby & in TREVEAN is four plus a baby. The guest booking the cottage must be over 21 years of age.

DAMAGE/BREAKAGES - You agree to pay for any loss or damage to the cottage & it's contents by you & your party & to let us know immediately any loss or damage occurs so that we have time to remedy such loss before the next tennants arrive.

SUGGESTIONS - If you feel that there is something we can do or should have done to increase the enjoyment or comfort of your holiday please let us know, we may be able to deal with it immediately.
